Stéphanie de Robert Hautequère and Arnaud Pince join Almain as partners. With these partnerships, Almain improves its corporate skills with new practices in stock market law, market operations and equity capital markets and with the creation of a practice in financial services and asset management law.
These two recruitments are part of Almain's desire to offer its French and international clients multidisciplinary, tailor-made support with high added value.
Stéphanie de Robert Hautequère brings to the firm new expertise in stock market law, market operations and equity capital markets.
She supports companies wishing to go public and advises them on legal issues specific to listed companies, particularly in matters of communication and prevention of market abuse. She has also developed significant expertise in public offers and private investment in public equity transactions.
She also advises her clients on corporate governance issues, executive compensation and the implementation of free share allocation plans. She has assisted several companies in the adoption of the European Company Statute.
Stéphanie was previously a partner at Fidal, which she joined in 2015 after having worked at Gide. She joins the M&A / Private equity team of Almain and will become the third partner in this department.
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1999, Stéphanie is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Law from the university of Paris II Assas. Stéphanie also participated in an exchange program with Berkeley university in California.

Arnaud Pince joins Almain as a partner to create the practice in financial services and asset management.
Arnaud Pince has developed over twenty years of expertise in banking and financial regulations.
He assists and advises financial institutions (banks, Fintechs, management companies, investment funds, etc.), both French and foreign.
His areas of intervention cover in particular the licensing and passporting procedures of regulated entities, the structuring and distribution of investment funds and the regulation of foreign investments in France.
Arnaud has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2002; he holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Law from the University of Paris II Assas and from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Science Po), ECOFI section.
Before joining Almain, Arnaud worked in the Financial Services teams of Gide Loyrette Nouel and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.
