Marc has been called to the Paris and New York Bars. He is in charge of Almain’s technologies, intellectual property and data protection activities.

Marc assists French and international companies to exploit and defend their intangible assets.

His experience includes:
– negotiating outsourcing, software and hardware supply agreements, technology licensing, R&D and franchise agreements… the defence and exploitation of trade marks, software, patents, copyright, designs, databases and know-how;
– all issues associated with new technology regulations, in particular, the GDPR.

  • Advising a US corporation in response to an invitation to tender and negotiating an agreement to set up a railway infrastructure modelling and management platform
