During the course of his career, Edgard has been involved in more than 200 deals, both in France and abroad.
He advises French and foreign investment funds, major corporate groups, SMEs and start-ups.
He has significant experience in cross-border, venture capital, growth capital, LBO and distressed M&A transactions.

  • Advising Société Générale on its acquisition of Reezocar and various corporate venture transactions
  • Advising OpenGate Capital on the sale of Benvic to Investindustrial and the sale of Kotakmills to MB Fund, a Finnish investment fund
  • Advising Mirabaud on the acquisition of Tara Jarmon, and on numerous growth capital and venture capital transactions in France and abroad
  • Advising Beck Industries on its combination with Cooper & Turner, a cross border transaction with Watermill, a US private equity firm, as sponsor
  • Assisting EPC Group with a public offering for Nordex Explosives, a company listed in Canada
  • Advising Bpifrance on numerous LBO, growth capital and venture capital transactions (Chamatex, Securinfor, Surgivisio, etc.)
  • Advising Lactalis on the acquisition of AK Gida in Turkey and Rachel’s in the UK*
